Presentations may be 30 or 45 minutes including approximately 10 minutes for questions and answers and for moving between rooms from one session to the next. Please indicate the number of minutes you suggest here. If you would like to request more time than this (e.g. for a tutorial), you must still select either 30 or 45 minutes and describe your request in the Comments section below.

Audio/Visual Support

We will provide a video projector to which you may attach your laptop computer. Please list below any other audio/visual support you may need. We will review requests for additional audio/visual support and notify all presenters which resources are added to our list for the conference. Note we are not planning to provide an overhead projector for transparency slides as a part of the configuration for each room. If you need one, please be sure to note that below.

Paper Acceptance

Papers presented at CUG 2007 will be published in the CUG Proceedings. Please read the Instructions for Preparing Publications and Presentations, where you will find instructions on how to prepare your paper and presentation and how to submit them in HTML and/or PDF format. You will be notified via e-mail of acceptance or rejection of your paper. If you are not notified by Februray 10, 2007, then please contact John Noe, Vice-President and Program Chair.
