Red Lion Hotel

Our conference will be held at the Red Lion Hotel on 5th Avenue. The conference room rates are:

	Single Occupancy $145.00	Double Occupancy $145.00
	Triple Occupancy $165.00	Quad Occupancy $185.00
	Additional Occupancy $20.00
	These special conference room rates are available until the NEW extended deadline of April 4, 2007. After that date rooms may not be available depending on then current hotel room availability.

 

We are pleased to inform you that the conference room rate is available from May 4–14, three days before and after the conference. We hope this will encourage you to spend some time visiting our beautiful city and the surrounding area.

Prevailing government rates will be available for a number of rooms. But note, our conference rate is lower than the government rate thanks to a special arrangement with the Red Lion Hotel.

To make a reservation, go to this special room reservation link. From that web page, enter your Check-In and Check-out dates, Modify Rooms & Guests as needed, and then enter our Block Code (0703CRAYUS) in the "Group/Convention code:" box under the Rate Types heading.

If you prefer, you may make reservations by phone by calling the hotel directly (1-800) 504-3909, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time or the Red Lion Central Reservation desk (1-800) 325-4000 for service 24 hours/day, seven days/week.

Parking

Parking is available at the hotel for a fee. A car is really not necessary since you will be right in the heart of the city with lots to do close by. If by chance you would like to see more of the area, car rental is easily available.
