ARSC ad hoc (end user) Resource Reports

Overview

Three end-user "ad hoc" resource reports are shown below: These commands report by user or specific project only. 'Hierarchical project reporting' can be done with the 'uacrep' and 'uadrep' commands (see also the 'project tree' overview). The uacrep command will show other resources besides CPU consumption. Generally the resource (parent) projects do not have direct usage and there is no need to run reports on them. In a few cases, such as NRL, the projects were sub-divided during a fiscal year (FY1999).

getUsage - Show Resource (CPU) Usage (by month) (top, getFYrpt, quota)

         -q (quiet)    : Suppress the headers
         -y (Do Yukon) : Gathers monthly totals for yukon
         -s (Summary)  : Only shows monthly totals (no users).
         -r (resources): Show resource allocation summary
        [-a] AccountID : ARSC Project Account ID (or group)
        [-m] Month     : YYYYMM or c for current month
         -h (Help)     : Prints usage information

       [-m] Month        : Overrides the default list of month files.
