Title | xcf90 |
Revision | September 1996 |
Purpose | X-Window/Motif interface for the F90 compiler |
Package type | set of programs and scripts |
Application area | Graphical environment for the f90 compiler |
Abstract | Xcf90 is an X-Window and OSF/Motif based access to the Cray f90 Fortran programming environment, running locally under UNICOS or on arbitrary workstations. It provides menu controlled calls for the F90 compiler (PVP/T3E/SPARC), cflist and the loader segldr. All f90 options are supported. Invalid or unreasonable combinations are rejected before the compiler phases are executed. Xcf90 can produce makefiles by scanning all involved sources. It offers interfaces for source editing and printing. Optionally, the actions performed by xcf90 can be saved in history files and reexecuted later on. Additionally, during an xcf90 session, the session state is saved, and the xcf90 session can be resumed later on. A similar interface has been developed for Silicon Graphics Fortran 90. |
