The original deadline for reservations at the conference rate was 5 March 2012. CUG has negotiated a small number of additional rooms that will be available through the same room block HOC200512 through 6 April 2012 (the close of Regular Registration). After 6 April 2012, rooms will be subject to availability and rate. The room block includes availability beginning on 27 April, and extending until 5 May to accomodate your extended travel plans.

Guest Accommodations

Each guest room includes batch, shower, WC, radio, colour TV, dial-through telephone, fax-, internet- and modem connection, mini-bar, and air-conditioning. (details)

Mini-bar service, pay TV and telecommunication services including internet will incur additional charges. Wireless internet service is provided in the conference areas.
