Hotel Information
The conference hotel is the Grange Tower Bridge, situated close to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge in London’s historic core. Complimentary guestroom and public areas wireless internet access; business center, with complimentary boarding pass printout; fitness center (please see opening hours). Note: The rate will be offered from 5th May through to 13th May, based on availability.
Reservation Deadline: April 8, 2016. The hotel will continue to accept reservations after the cut-off date, based on room and rate availability.

Tuesday: 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Registration desk – 1st floor
To register after Tuesday morning visit the CUG office (Prescot Suite) on the 1st floor.
All attendees must wear badges during CUG Conference activities.
Smoking Policy
There is no smoking allowed at the Conference.

From 18:00 – 19:30 (6 to 7:30 p.m.) Sunday, all attendees and their guests are invited to a reception in the lower level Atrium at The Grange Tower Bridge (Floor -1) to renew existing acquaintances and establish new ones.

From 19:00 – 22:00 (7:00 to 10:00 p.m.) Monday evening, attendees and their guests are invited to a enjoy a typical British pint and ‘pub grub’ at Dickens Inn, Marble Quay, St Katherine Docks, St Katherines Way, London E1W 1UH.
Dickens Inn is a short walk from The Grange (1/2 mile – 10 minutes).
Cray Networking Event – Sponsored by Cray, May 10
On Tuesday from 19:00 – 22:00 (7:00 to 10:00 p.m.) the Cray Networking Event will be held at The Folly, 41 Gracechurch Street, London, EC3V 0BT. Escape to The Folly and immerse yourself in a world of wonder and relax in this botanically inspired haven.
A selection of bowl food dishes and drinks will be available for all guests.
The Folly is a 15 minute walk from the Grange Tower Bridge or a 10 minute tube ride (District Line to Monument then 1 minute walk to The Folly)
CUG Night Out – Sponsored by Intel & ECMWF, May 11
On Wednesday, from 19:00 – 22:00 (7:00 to 10:00 p.m.), all attendees and registered guests are invited to enjoy a night out organized by the Local Arrangements Committee. The CUG Night Out will be held at the Museum of London.
Transportation from The Grange to the museum and back will be provided. Buses will load at The Grange at 6:15 p.m.
Coat and bag check will be available at the museum.
A three course seasonal menu will be served to your table along with an accompanying cellar selection wines.
