Most attendees will require either a visa or an eTA (electronic travel authorization) to enter Canada.  To verify which you will need, and to apply, please visit the Canadian immigration site.

If traveling to Canada requires a visa invitation letter please contact the 2019 local arrangements committee at your earliest convenience, cug2019@cug.org.

Each US Dollar (USD) purchases about 1.28 Canadian Dollars (CAD). Nearly every establishment will accept a chip-enabled credit card as a form of payment, and the use of credit cards is preferred. ATMs are available widely.  Get an update on the current exchange rate.
